Beginning October 2018, Snohomish County WA will be transitioning to a new service provider for Inmate tablet fund services and scheduling visits. Please visit www.gettingout.com as soon as possible to create an account.

Note* GettingOut will be taking the place of Renovo and an account will be required to conduct a video visit with any inmate in custody at the jail.

Your account will enable you to fund your Inmate’s tablet account, allowing them to use the Telmate Tablet for internet access, games, messaging, other entertainment services, and video visitation. You can deposit funds to your account to send messages, photos, or pay for remote visitation from a computer or mobile device.

Friends & Family will be able to schedule visits with their Inmate using the Telmate account created on www.gettingout.com choosing the date & time that suits your schedule.
